Now that the 'Happiest Celebration On Earth' is over the cast members have their new badges for the 'Year of a Million Dreams'.

The good news is that the new badges see the return of the cast member's home town, something that I know a lot of people missed! I for one used to like wandering around and seeing where everyone was from - maybe guests should have badges?

We saw some cast members with their new badges on the day that we left but I didn't take any photos! Anyone have a snap?

We got up and finished packing and drove over to Downtown Disney to check-in for the flight home and get rid of the cases. We got there and found only a couple of people queuing in front of us - we got checked in nice and quickly and found out that the plane home was going to be quite empty - something to look forward to.

After dropping the cases we headed over to Marketplace as Matt wanted to buy Season 2 of Lost on DVD that he had seen earlier in the week. Then it was time for breakfast at Sizzler. We had the breakfast buffet - both of us had 3 plates of food

We then had to head back to the resort to pick the rest of our stuff then we drove just down the road to Winter Summerland Mini golf that is just next to Blizzard Beach. We played a round on the Winter course - they play Christmas songs all year round!

Once we had finished there we headed to McDonalds for lunch plus we wanted to get out of the sun for a while as it was very hot again having cooled slightly a couple of days previous.

We still had some time till we needed to leave for the airport and as Disney gives you 50% off a second round of Mini golf on the same day we headed to the other course, Fantasia Gardens, and played the gardens course. We much preferred this to the Winter Summerland and would play it again.

While we were playing mini golf I remembered that I hadn't bought the book I had seen earlier in the week - so we headed back to Downtown Disney again!!!

Then unfortunately it was time to head to the airport
